Day 6 Formal Night Two

Here we are at our second formal night. Dylan was not cooperating with the pictures(of course!) Here is the cool ice sculpture of a salmon?

This is Chris and I eating our escargot?! We thought we never get the chance to eat stuff like that so we might as well try it. Below is me thinking that it was pretty gross!

Here is my pretty salad! I had to take a pic it was like a work of art! And they only had to make like 1,000 of them.

Day 7 Photo Scavenger Hunt

In the Kid's Club, Club H.A.L. the kids loved going there as much as they could. The last day they had a photo scavenger hunt. We had lots of fun running all over the ship looking for the things. We actually won over all the other families! And we got lots of exercise! Here are a few of the pics from the adventure. Eat Ice Cream with no hands
Dance in the dance club

Lift Weights

Read a book

Take a pic with Queen

Take a pic by the World

Take a pic with a crew member

Take a pic upside down

Take a pic with souveniers

Take a pic doing a sport

Take a pic that will make someone laugh.
I'm sure the guy that took this picture was laughing! We had lots of fun! It's crazy how you know where almost everything is on this huge ship in a few days.

Day 7 Victoria British Columbia

This was the last day of our cruise. We got to Victoria Canada at 6pm and were there until midnight. So lots of the things were already closed. So we did lots of walking and went to a really pretty park. Here is Chris and Dylan standing on the sundial. It was really cool how it works!

So I've decided if you live in Canada then Victoria is the place to retire. Almost every big apartment bldg. was converted into a retirement/nursing home. It has the warmest climate of all Canada so I guess that is why? I thought this sign below was funny!

Here is Dylan showing us where we were on the globe. There were lots of beautiful flowers everywhere.

So we just happened to be there on the day the cadets were doing this huge flag lowering ceremony that they only do once a year. They were shooting canons and marching with their guns. This was all at the Parliment Bldg. with Queen Victoria out front.

Their trash cans were like art. They were even solar powered. Here is a picture of our ship lit up at night.

This is on the airplane on the way home. Elaina, Hayley and Josh. We had lots of fun and made lots of friends!

David and Dani's Wedding

The end of July we were able to go to Idaho for Chris' brother David's wedding. His new bride Dani is such a sweet girl. We are excited to have another sister in the family!

Chris' mom did most of the decorating. She built it all and it turned out nice. Their reception was in the same church ours was in almost 11 years ago. It brought back lots of memories. Oh how young we were back then. We are excited for them and their future together!

Cousin Camp 2010

We had our annual Cousin Camp again at Cherry Hill in the middle of July. This year it was VERY hot but we still had lots of fun. Some of kids are missing in the photo. It was a little more difficult with a newborn this year especially a newborn with a sunburn!
As soon as we got there the boys found the mud!! They had lots of fun getting dirty!

We played miniature golf and swam in the campers pool almost every day. We went to the water park one day too but I guess I forgot my camera back at camp. The kids all get along so well and have lots of fun together. We can't wait to go again next summer!
