Day 7 Victoria British Columbia

This was the last day of our cruise. We got to Victoria Canada at 6pm and were there until midnight. So lots of the things were already closed. So we did lots of walking and went to a really pretty park. Here is Chris and Dylan standing on the sundial. It was really cool how it works!

So I've decided if you live in Canada then Victoria is the place to retire. Almost every big apartment bldg. was converted into a retirement/nursing home. It has the warmest climate of all Canada so I guess that is why? I thought this sign below was funny!

Here is Dylan showing us where we were on the globe. There were lots of beautiful flowers everywhere.

So we just happened to be there on the day the cadets were doing this huge flag lowering ceremony that they only do once a year. They were shooting canons and marching with their guns. This was all at the Parliment Bldg. with Queen Victoria out front.

Their trash cans were like art. They were even solar powered. Here is a picture of our ship lit up at night.

This is on the airplane on the way home. Elaina, Hayley and Josh. We had lots of fun and made lots of friends!
