I am finally an Aunt!

My brother Bobby and his wife Kierra had their baby boy Bryce yesterday. He has the coolest hairdo for a newborn. We can't wait to go see him!

Hoppy Easter!

We had a fun Easter considering all of the snow that is still everywhere. During the Easter Egg hunt Dylan was crying because his hands and feet were frozen. So then we went to the one inside the grocery store. Dylan won us a new DVD player that filters out bad stuff. So that was exciting. We went up to Ashton on Sunday and had a nice visit with Chris' family.

Hayley's Opera

Hayley's and her class performed their long awaited opera "Captured at Sea" last night. The children's ideas are turned into a story and then put to music. It is so funny to see what first graders can come up with. In it the sea monsters and octopuses capture the mermaids, and the sea horses, mermen and catfish have to free them. In the end the kind ocean creatures befriend the sea monsters and the octupuses. Hayley really enjoyed performing with her classmates.

Trip to Utah

This past weekend I was able to go to Utah by myself to sell swimming pools for my dad. It was nice to hang out with my family. After the show was over we went to eat at the Mayan.
