President Gordon B. Hinckley
SALT LAKE CITY 27 January 2008 President Gordon B. Hinckley, who led The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints through twelve years of global expansion, has died at the age of 97.President Hinckley was the 15th president in the 177-year history of the Church and had served as its president since 12 March 1995.
The Church president died at his apartment in downtown Salt Lake City at 7:00 p.m. Sunday night from causes incident to age. Members of his family were at his bedside. A successor is not expected to be formally chosen by the Church’s Quorum of the Twelve Apostles until after President Hinckley’s funeral within the next few days.
For Many People, including the young adults, President Hinckley was the only Prophet that they knew. We will miss our Prophet. He was every one's extra Grandpa on this earth. He had a great love for us as members of the Church. We as a family know that this Church is the True Church of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We are grateful for a Prophet to lead us and guide us. We know that change must come. We will miss President Hinckley. And know that he is happily reunited with the girl of his dreams.

Snow Fest
Rexburg Snow Fest- We did a lot of sledding and went on a sleigh ride around Smith Park. The weather was great for sledding. Hayley had fun going fast down the hill. Tammy and Dylan had a Wipe Out on their first run together. Chris (being the heaviest of the group) won a free Jamba Juice in a race down the hill. Dylan's favorite part was the downhill bowling.
